Own the 12–18 month integrated hardware/software roadmap execution for the Unified Architecture Platform
Drive execution to CY2026 FCS, including scope control, milestone management, and launch readiness
Define product requirements (PRDs), acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics
Lead backlog prioritization with Engineering; balance feature delivery and technical debt
Coordinate hardware/firmware/platform service milestones and dependencies across teams
Sequence and enable derivative product launches (SKU variants, feature tiers, configurations)
Establish and run hardware/software stage-gate governance and release readiness reviews
Support key customer and field engagements requiring technical product depth
Monitor post-release performance and quality; drive corrective actions

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience in networking, infrastructure, SaaS, and/or embedded systems
Strong technical fluency (Linux, networking protocols, firmware/software integration, APIs, distributed systems)
Demonstrated success delivering products against fixed shipment milestones
Experience partnering deeply with engineering and hardware teams on complex platforms
Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and executive reporting skills
Ability to operate independently, make trade-offs, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
Valid work authorization in the United States
