Requirements

12–15 years of professional experience in software and/or firmware development
5+ years of engineering management experience
Strong technical credibility in systems-level software development (e.g., C/C++, Rust, or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage senior individual contributors and/or subordinate managers
