About the role
- Own major portions of the React Native app
- Collaborate across product, design, backend, QA, and support
- Lead technical decision-making on architecture and mobile performance tuning
- Mentor engineers and contribute to code reviews and standards
- Optimize print performance and label quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience designing complex systems
- Strong system design instincts
- Strong servant-leadership skills
- A product-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with AI optimized development workflows
- Native mobile experience (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java)
- Experience designing offline-first mobile systems
- Experience with Node.js or backend services supporting mobile clients
- Mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Gitlab CI, automated releases, E2E testing)
