About the role
- Responsible for participating in sales opportunities identification and qualification
- Conduct outbound and inbound telesales activities
- Close key opportunities and manage customer accounts
- Support outside sales positions as needed
- Schedule follow-up meetings and business reviews
- Increase sales by cultivating relationships with existing customers
Requirements
- Valid work authorization in the United States at the time of application
- Experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Experience in outbound and inbound telesales activities
- Ability to manage and support customer accounts, including forecasting and pipeline updates
- Strong knowledge of competitive products and programs
- Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills
