About the role
- Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Own the product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities to determine prioritization
- Own the release/cycle planning and sprint planning processes
- Provide an active role in mitigating risks impacting successful completion of goals
- Ensure acceptance criteria are met with current release and conduct sprint reviews
- Produce documentation with Product Managers and Marketing to support development
- Perform product demonstrations for external and internal audiences
- Serve as a subject matter expert to assist with sales and support as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or similar field
- Significant experience and in-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principals
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate a backlog with engineers and leadership
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
