Identify, target and acquire potential clients in industrial segment, mainy automotive or similar industries
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within industrial organizations.
Collaborate with existing clients to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation, including project management and liaison with internal clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Conducting regular training sessions for the sales team on products and their applications.
Providing technical support and expertise to the sales team during customer interactions and product demonstrations.
Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote products within the assigned portfolios and/or markets.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the product range, including new launches and updates.
Delivering training sessions and product demonstrations to increase knowledge and market demand.
Building and progressing an active pipeline of opportunities for review in Quarterly Business Meetings.
Requirements
Strong sales and project management skills
At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in converting or similar industries / experience with OEM-s who use tapes, insulation or foam solutions in their production processes.
