About the role
- Develops recruitment strategies to proactively search for a diverse pool of candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Identify unique and non-traditional sources to find highly skilled and specialized candidates.
- Reviews employment applications and resumes evaluating work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants.
- Qualifies candidates by conducting phone, video and in-person interviews.
- Refers qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager for review and offers recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 3-5 year corporate recruiting experience required
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
- Internet Search Tools
- Passionate about recruiting top talent as demonstrated by high level of energy, positive and upbeat attitude.
- Ability to interact with hiring managers at all levels of the company.
- Experience staffing positions at a variety of levels, including senior management.
- Ability to handle special projects as assigned.
- Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility.
- Proven ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques.
