About the role
- Lead a matrixed team of portfolio and program managers to define, shape, and execute against Dick’s Technology Portfolio and Delivery Management vision.
- Define portfolio and program plans and drive them with a bias towards action and results.
- Collaborate across boundaries, working through barriers, and activating others against common goals.
- Create, instill, and support planning, insights, financial, and overall delivery management processes and best practices.
- Unify and bring others together against a common vision and deliver results requiring cross-functional partnership.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
- Wide and deep experience providing Portfolio and Program Management competence (10 – 15 years preferred)
- Experience in defining technology portfolio strategy to set and deliver objectives across 5+ year horizon
