About the role
- Develop and refine advanced Salesforce reports that deliver clear, actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Oversee sales pipeline integrity by monitoring adherence to sales processes, identifying deviations, and ensuring timely, accurate updates across all opportunities
- Design, maintain, and enhance advanced dashboards and performance metrics that provide real‑time visibility and support strategic and day‑to‑day decision‑making
- Execute and enhance weekly revenue reporting workflows, validating data in coordination with Finance and delivering precise, insight-rich updates to leadership
- Monitor and enforce data quality across sales platforms through structured audits and proactive hygiene oversight, ensuring pipeline information remains complete and accurate for forecasting
- Support strategic sales operations projects by developing clear workflow documentation, uncovering process gaps, and partnering on the implementation of improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years experience in Ad Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics
- Salesforce or CMS /CRM system
- Excel
