About the role

  • Maintain attorney calendars, including court deadlines, meetings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Draft various legal documents such as motions, affidavits, notices, and correspondence for attorney review.
  • Assist with drafting responses to discovery requests and document production.
  • Organize trial exhibits and prepare trial binders.
  • Prepare physical and electronic files for hearings, mediations, and depositions.
  • Communicate extensively with clients, judicial clerks, and opposing counsels.
  • Input and maintain case information in our case management system to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct general court research and monitor court dockets.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • 3-4 years of experience in foreclosure litigation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in formatting documents in Word.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage a caseload independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
