Account Manager

• Recruit, onboard, and manage telecom partners, technology consultants, VARs, and TSDs focused on next-generation business communications
• Manage existing partners and recruit new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in designated territory
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to manage the regional channel pipeline and go-to-market activities that generate incremental revenue
• Become a subject matter expert on Dialpad products to educate, train, and capture partner mindshare
• Work closely with partners and the sales team to source new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals
• Contribute to global sales by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and promoting Dialpad
