About the role
- General administrative tasks
- Communication with partner organizations (health insurance funds, social welfare offices, LVR - Regional Association of Rhineland)
- Monitoring incoming payments
- Interaction with relatives and legal guardians
- Managing the facility cash register and monitoring residents' personal funds expenditures
- Processing internal lists and statistics
- Recording and maintaining general master data
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business/administration
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role advantageous
- Enjoyment of independent and structured working methods
- Reliability, absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling personal data
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Respectful interaction with people with disabilities
- Identification with the values and objectives of the Protestant Church and its diaconal services (Diakonie)
