About the role

  • Support the creation and review of job descriptions in collaboration with managers;
  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, and internal channels;
  • Screen resumes/CVs according to the role's technical and behavioral profile;
  • Conduct interviews in person and/or remotely;
  • Assist in facilitating group assessment activities;
  • Prepare interview reports/assessments for hiring managers;
  • Assist in aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers' requirements;
  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with candidates throughout all stages of the process;
  • Schedule interviews and provide support to hiring managers;
  • Ensure candidates receive feedback (positive or negative);
  • Update spreadsheets and applicant tracking/control systems;
  • Assist in developing recruitment & selection (R&S) metrics/indicators;
  • Participate in follow-up meetings with the People Management/HR team;
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes by proposing new tools and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, assessments);
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Basic understanding of competency-based interviews;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with Gupy and LinkedIn is a plus;
