About the role
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes aligned with the job profile defined by the company and the project.
- Develop and implement improvement programs for recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage contracts and monitor the performance of interns and young apprentices.
- Act as a strategic Recruitment & Selection (R&S) partner to leadership.
- Support the employee journey.
- Administer and analyze tests for selection processes.
- Ensure a positive experience for employees transitioning to the People & Organizational Development (DHO) area — pre-onboarding.
