About the role

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes aligned with the job profile defined by the company and the project.
  • Develop and implement improvement programs for recruitment and selection processes.
  • Manage contracts and monitor the performance of interns and young apprentices.
  • Act as a strategic Recruitment & Selection (R&S) partner to leadership.
  • Support the employee journey.
  • Administer and analyze tests for selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive experience for employees transitioning to the People & Organizational Development (DHO) area — pre-onboarding.
