About the role

  • Support the sales teams in responding to tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs) and specifications.
  • Participate in the negotiation of service agreements (standard and non-standard), in collaboration with commercial, operational and technical teams.
  • Identify, analyze and manage contractual risks related to tenders and contract execution.
  • Ensure the legal consistency of clauses and appendices in non-standard contracts with the company’s contractual templates.
  • Draft, review and negotiate the contractual obligations of stakeholders (clients, internal teams, partners, vendors).
  • Alert and support internal managers on identified risks and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Manage live contracts: draft and negotiate amendments, handle claims and contractual disputes (formal notices, penalties, SLAs, early termination, etc.), and prepare and monitor pre-litigation files.
  • Ensure the reliability and smooth operation of the contracting process (drafting, negotiation, signature, archiving, monitoring).
  • Work with the Head of Legal to digitalize and optimize contracting practices (Contract Lifecycle Management – CLM tools).
  • Provide legal support to internal teams on contractual and regulatory matters.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law or IT Law.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Experience in a technically demanding environment involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of interlocutors (legal and non-legal) and proactively research information.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR, DORA, the AI Act and NIS2.
  • Ability to work on projects in France and internationally.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English.
