About the role
- Responsible for the contracting, calculation, analysis, and reporting of all U.S. government programs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Oversee government program administration and serve as a strategic partner to Senior Leadership, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Lead the calculation and submission of all mandated government pricing metrics.
- Monitor and interpret proposed federal policy rules.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Market Access to assess the impact of pricing strategies.
- Ensure robust internal controls and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in government pricing/contracting within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Deep understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B, and FSS, VA, DOD and Tricare.
- Proven experience in managing complex policy changes and government reporting systems.
- Experience overseeing federal contract compliance.
