About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team driving transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, supported by data-driven insights.
  • Define and execute a transformation roadmap, utilizing digital tools and analytics to enable operational excellence.
  • Represent Operations transformation strategy and progress to executive leadership, driving alignment and visibility across the enterprise.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation across global operations.
  • Lead or co-lead governance forums and steering committees related to manufacturing and operational transformation.
  • Set and deliver clear, quantifiable outcomes for transformation initiatives, including improvements in cost, quality, and productivity.
  • Pilot and scale digital solutions and AI projects that demonstrate tangible business impact, following the “Assistant, Orchestration, Autonomous” framework.
  • Empower teams to innovate, experiment, and rapidly learn, ensuring that transformation projects are aligned with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Operations Management, or a related technical discipline required.
  • 18+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations roles, with at least 5 years in leading transformation initiatives or process improvement.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as MES, ERP (SAP), Databricks, Spotfire and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of process transformation, change management, and digital enablement.
  • Demonstrated success in blending process improvement with data analytics to deliver measurable operational impact.
  • Deep understanding of medical device manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with technical data teams and translating business needs into actionable data strategies.
  • Global, multi-site operations experience preferred.
  • Understanding of Medical Device Quality Management Systems (QMS).
