About the role

  • Develop and deploy AI applications leveraging LLMs and generative AI frameworks for real-world use cases
  • Design and implement APIs for AI services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
  • Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate external knowledge bases for context-aware AI solutions
  • Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks, including prompt engineering and model evaluation
  • Implement AI inference pipelines for on-premise and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into local and enterprise applications
  • Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and reliability in production environments
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices for adoption
  • Clearly communicate findings and technical details to a broad audience, aligning with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, LLMs and generative AI
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or OpenAI API
  • Proven experience in API development (REST, GraphQL, FASTAPI) and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with vector databases for RAG implementations
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
