About the role
- Support the Director, Total Rewards - International and the Director, HRBP- Malaysia in the development and execution of a comprehensive reward strategy
- Lead on the integration between reward strategy and flawless execution in partnership with HR Operations
- Support the development and evolution of policies in all areas of reward for APAC region
- Ensure smooth execution of annual reward events, including pay reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits renewals
- Actively support the management, ongoing evaluation and optimization of employee benefits in APAC
- Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking activities, and develop salary guidance and ranges
- Provide local support for the Manager, Global Mobility (US-based) and guidance to Malaysia HR Operations colleagues
- Lead on continuous improvement of existing reward processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Substantial experience with international compensation and benefits programs
- Ability to work independently to solution complex reward issues
- Demonstrated ability to partner with HR colleagues and managers
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Manufacturing / Operations sector experience
