About the role

  • Drive the voice of the business in the execution of digital initiatives and align website operations with overall business objectives
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of daily digital operations (websites, CRM), ensuring optimal performance, integration, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Implement, operationalize and optimize digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and drive business results
  • Lead the global process to update the website and ensure content and experience is compliant and measurable by analytical systems
  • Ensure the security and integrity of omnipod.com and associated tools, including data protection and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Lead strategic support and governance of tracking, analytics, and reporting technologies such as Google Analytics and PowerBI
  • Develop and maintain website health through codified best practices including usability, information architecture, search optimization and design
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, execute conversion rate optimization and live site testing
  • Provide strategic guidance and governance for the technical direction of Omnipod.com and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
  • Partner with regulatory and privacy teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable data privacy frameworks
  • Support digital projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred field of study: Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field)
  • 10+ years experience in digital project management and operations
  • Proven experience in website operations management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and digital tools
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Confluence, Jira) and Agile project management methodologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with website performance testing tools and techniques
  • Understanding of web security principles and practices
  • Experience with tracking, analytics, and reporting technologies such as Google Analytics and PowerBI
  • Ability to manage complex and cross-functional projects concurrently and get stakeholder buy-in
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferred: Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
  • Flexibility to travel (~10%) and to take morning/evening calls to align with international business hours
