About the role

  • Lead compensation strategy and tactical support within Compensation Center of Excellence
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, TA Partners, TM Partners and business leaders for compensation consultation and training
  • Drive complex, enterprise-wide and global compensation projects end-to-end
  • Ensure annual year-end compensation planning cycle delivery
  • Evaluate and improve broad based compensation processes and efficiencies
  • Develop compensation analytics and prepare executive-level presentations
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend remediation
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of compensation experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
  • Advanced Workday experience; Workday Advanced Compensation Certified preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Access skills
  • Some experience with visual analytics platforms such as Tableau
  • Command over compensation fundamentals (job matching, market pricing, equity mechanics, annual cycle management, total rewards program design, regulatory reporting)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, self-prioritize, mentor, and shift between strategic and tactical work
  • Current knowledge on regulatory environment related to Total Rewards
