About the role
- Lead compensation strategy and tactical support within Compensation Center of Excellence
- Partner with HR Business Partners, TA Partners, TM Partners and business leaders for compensation consultation and training
- Drive complex, enterprise-wide and global compensation projects end-to-end
- Ensure annual year-end compensation planning cycle delivery
- Evaluate and improve broad based compensation processes and efficiencies
- Develop compensation analytics and prepare executive-level presentations
- Identify areas of risk and recommend remediation
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- 8+ years of compensation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- Advanced Workday experience; Workday Advanced Compensation Certified preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Access skills
- Some experience with visual analytics platforms such as Tableau
- Command over compensation fundamentals (job matching, market pricing, equity mechanics, annual cycle management, total rewards program design, regulatory reporting)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, self-prioritize, mentor, and shift between strategic and tactical work
- Current knowledge on regulatory environment related to Total Rewards
