About the role
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results
- Analyze variances and trends to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for Facilities and Sterilization
- Provide financial leadership for global facilities management
- Track and report on headcount, labor costs, and hiring plans across facilities operations
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the medical device or life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with exposure to global operations
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
