About the role
- Support global supply chain operations with monthly recording of distribution-related costs
- Maintain accrual process and provide analytics and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and AP teams for timely accruals
- Monitor and analyze inventory transactions and support cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Design and implement internal controls
- Develop dashboards and reports for distribution KPIs
- Act as finance liaison for distribution operations and logistics providers
- Track and report on headcount and labor costs across operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in distribution, logistics, or supply chain finance.
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, cost tracking, and financial controls.
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
- Experience working with both in-house and third-party logistics models is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
