About the role
- Independently perform maintenance and repair work on our products at customer sites
- Initiate spare parts orders following successful fault diagnosis
- Provide on-site and telephone customer support and consultation (e.g., fitness studios, corporate clients, fire departments, hotels, private customers)
- Close collaboration and hands-on teamwork with the service back office, logistics department and sales
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical training or relevant professional experience, preferably in the fitness industry
- Enjoy working on technical repairs and demonstrate an independent, reliable and structured approach to work
- Ideally familiar with electronic devices as well as software and network technology
- A friendly manner that ensures customer satisfaction and a solution-oriented way of working
- Resident of Darmstadt and possession of a valid Class B driving licence
- Interest in sports and fitness, good English skills and solid MS Office knowledge
