About the role
- Responsible for the performance and optimization of our e-commerce presence (traffic, conversion, revenue)
- Implement SEO/AEO measures to increase organic visibility
- Plan and optimize email campaigns and automated customer journeys (e.g., with Maileon, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp)
- Manage paid media activities (paid search & paid social) in collaboration with agencies
- Optimize the digital customer experience (including A/B testing) in cooperation with UX/UI and creative teams
- Analyze relevant e-commerce KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures
- Maintain and update our product data (prices, availability, attributes, categorization)
- Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average order value and repurchase rate
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce management/digital marketing
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of common e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopware, Shopify)
- Proficient with Google Analytics, email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
- Strong organizational skills and persuasive communication
- Analytical and data-driven working style
- Experience coordinating effectively with creative teams and external agencies
- Familiarity with conversion optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
