Job Level
About the role
- Your role: You will be the central person responsible for all content and training at DVL.
- Teach directly: You appear on camera as an instructor—in our state-subsidized training programs and in webinars. You explain complex topics around AI and automation so insurance brokers can implement them immediately.
- Content leadership: You decide which topics are relevant for our target audience, develop content strategies, and set priorities—both for our subsidized training programs and for our Self-Signup program.
- Trend spotting: You identify trends in the insurance industry and in AI/automation before others do.
- Design training: You design and lead our training programs, especially in AI and No-Code automation. You create briefings for additional instructors, structure curricula, and ensure each course is practical and actionable—whether it’s a multi-month subsidized program or a compact Self-Signup course.
- Team coordination: You work closely with our coaches, video producers, editors, and the tech team. You provide clear briefings, manage production, and ensure quality.
- Work independently: You don’t need someone to tell you what to do. You identify what our audience needs and implement it—with the team available to you.
Requirements
- Industry knowledge is a must. You understand the world of insurance brokers—their daily challenges, processes, and mindset.
- Ideally you come from the industry yourself or have worked closely with brokers.
- Technically fluent. You already work actively with AI tools and master at least one automation tool such as Make, Zapier, or n8n at a level beyond the basics.
- You build your own workflows, test new tools, and can teach others to do the same.
- Instructor by conviction. You want not only to plan content but to deliver it yourself—in trainings and webinars.
- You enjoy explaining complex topics clearly and feel comfortable in the role of trainer and instructor.
- Quick learner. New tools, platforms, and developments in the AI space don’t intimidate you—instead, you’re the person in the room who tries them first.
- Content sense. You know which topics attract interest and how to package complex technical content so practitioners can understand and apply it.
- You can write a briefing a producer can execute without follow-up questions.
- Self-initiative. You don’t wait for instructions. You bring ideas, make decisions, and take responsibility for the outcome.
Benefits
- 100% remote: Work where you are most productive.
- Freedom to shape the role: You help build this area—with real influence on strategy and content.
- Two products, one mission: You design both our state-subsidized long-term training programs and our Self-Signup program for brokers who want to learn independently.
- A seasoned team: Video producers, editors, coaches, and a tech team are in place—you provide direction.
- Growing industry: AI and automation in insurance are just getting started. You’ll be at the forefront.
- Short decision paths: Flat hierarchies, fast decisions, and direct collaboration with management.
