About the role
- Help shape the next evolution of our HR and Payroll ecosystem!
- Support the full migration from ADP to Dayforce.
- Work closely with our HR and Payroll Leads throughout the migration and implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and enable a successful deployment of Dayforce modules across the organization.
- Provide best‑practice guidance and ensure consistency of requirements across divisions.
- Analyze, cleanse, and transform HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance data from ADP as part of the full migration to Dayforce.
- Identify, document, and support the resolution of project‑related issues such as system bugs, functional gaps, or conflicting business needs.
- Maintain detailed as‑built system documentation related to configuration decisions and process design.
- Develop data mapping strategies and perform data validation / reconciliation.
- Support parallel payroll testing, identify variances, and track data‑related issues to closure.
- Design custom Dayforce forms and configure automated workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and Finance stakeholders.
- Apply data governance best practices, including quality checks, audit support, and documentation.
- Partner with the Business Analyst, Dayforce to support UAT, parallel payroll, and go‑live readiness.
- Assist with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports and respond to data‑related inquiries as required.
- Contribute to the development of a broader IT Data Strategy.
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting HCM, Payroll, or Workforce Management system implementation or migration.
- Hands‑on exposure to HR system implementations (Dayforce or ADP experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Ability to manage large, complex datasets with high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, and talent management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non‑technical audiences.
- Bonus points if you're bilingual (English & French).
