• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, pantries, restrooms, common areas, and specialized spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in a timely manner.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory of materials.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Participate in educational programs and in-service trainings.

Night Cleaner – Part-Time

• Lead the remaining Dayforce implementation activity for HR-owned modules
• Act as the HR technology owner and subject matter expert for Dayforce HR modules
• Oversee workflows, forms, security roles, system configuration, integrations, testing, documentation, change control, and release-related activity
• Coordinate closely with Payroll, Workforce Management, IT, Finance, HRSC, and business stakeholders
• Establish and manage the post-go-live support model
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HCM analysts and HR Service Delivery coordinators
• Use HR data, service trends, reporting, dashboards, and issue analysis to identify root causes and recommend practical improvements
• Develop a roadmap for future Dayforce enhancements, upgrades, integrations, reporting improvements, and process optimization
