About the role

  • Drive portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and maximize value for our clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and requests, minimizing churn and downsell.
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships, introducing new and premium products tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase portfolio value, improve conversions, reduce churn, and enhance the partner experience.
  • Use our passive account management (PAM) tools and your market awareness to prospect and forecast selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless buying and deployment process, and create a positive customer journey that mitigates contraction or cancellation.

Requirements

  • Proven Account Manager experience in B2B SaaS and confident in consultative sales, with the ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining empathy.
  • Skilled at managing diverse portfolios and tailoring your approach to each client’s priorities.
  • Strong active listening and relationship-building skills, building trust with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups, with solid public speaking skills and the ability to engage audiences with clarity and impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, business acumen, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Capable of delivering impactful product demonstrations and providing insights to help clients compete more effectively.
