Analytics Engineer

• Build and maintain high-quality data models that support reporting and analytics across the business
• Transform and model new data sources using dbt, aligning with our data strategy and modelling standards
• Partner with teams across the company to understand their data needs and enable data-driven decision making
• Write clean, scalable SQL and contribute to sustainable, well-structured analytics code
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics engineering standards, documentation, and development workflows

People Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate, compliant, and consistent execution of all processes
• Deliver employment documentation (contracts, annexes, letters) in line with Bulgarian labour legislation (LC)
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems (e.g. Hibob)
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth and consistent execution for new hires
• Deliver and continuously improve induction practices from an operational perspective
• Provide operational HR support on employee lifecycle matters, working closely with the People Partner Lead to ensure consistent process delivery
• Ensure alignment with Bulgarian labour law, statutory requirements, and internal policies
• Coordinate employment documentation, including contract changes and required notifications
• Coordinate with accountants to support accurate payroll delivery, including variable inputs, absence data, and validation
• Oversee benefits administration and employee communication
• Coordinate leave and absence processes, including annual leave, sick leave, and statutory entitlements
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and system updates in line with local requirements
• Coordinate employee exits, ensuring compliant processes, complete documentation, and system accuracy
• Maintain consistency and completeness of employee records throughout the lifecycle
• Drive improvements across People Operations processes, systems, and workflows

Senior People Operations Specialist – FTC

Product Manager

• Define and own the e-invoicing product roadmap aligned with regulatory milestones and company objectives.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product scope.
• Ensure our solution remains compliant with evolving local and international e-invoicing standards (e.g. PDP, PEPPOL, Chorus Pro, structured invoice formats).
• Contribute to Dext’s transition into a multi-product platform with strong compliance capabilities.
• Be a champion of AI tool along the engineering teams, being capable of driving forward conversation through tangible product prototypes.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and reliable e-invoicing functionality.
• Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with precision and clarity.
• Prioritise initiatives based on regulatory deadlines, customer impact and commercial value.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions and ensure transparent communication of progress and releases.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on e-invoicing regulations, especially in France.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on product strategy.
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g. PDPs, regulatory bodies, integration partners) where relevant.
• Support Sales and Marketing with clear product positioning and regulatory messaging.
• Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and the Product & Engineering organisation.
• Provide clear visibility to leadership on roadmap, risks, KPIs and delivery timelines.
• Gather and prioritise feedback from customers, partners and internal teams.
• Foster strong collaboration across departments including Finance, BI, Operations and Customer Support.

Accounting Manager

• Act as the Australian subject matter expert for the Dext platform, working across pre-sales, implementation design, and sales enablement.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution consultations to accounting firms and practices.
• Translate Australian compliance workflows (BAS/GST, tax, ATO reporting) into effective Dext configurations.
• Support mid-market and enterprise opportunities through solution design, scoping, and Proof-of-Concepts.
• Contribute to proposals, pitch materials, and implementation planning.
• Enable sales teams through training, coaching, and demo best practice frameworks.
• Develop reusable demo scripts, templates, and enablement resources.
• Act as a Voice of Customer conduit to Product, sharing structured market feedback.
• Represent Dext at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
