About the role

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from businesses and manage an SME client portfolio, ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions (product, usage, billing, etc.)
  • Guide clients through onboarding, training, and advisory support
  • Provide responsive, high-quality support in coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor product usage and customer satisfaction to maximize retention
  • Identify natural opportunities for account growth
  • Help convert inbound leads when necessary
  • Collect and escalate customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams
  • Track your KPIs (satisfaction, activation, retention, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer success or customer support (ideally in SaaS / B2B)
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role: customer relations + support + some commercial responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly service-oriented (responsiveness, listening, teaching aptitude)
  • Ability to understand needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRMs like HubSpot, support tools like Intercom, etc.)
  • Organized, autonomous and results-oriented
  • Proactive—you don’t wait for problems to arise
  • Team spirit and a desire to make an impact
