About the role
- Reduce churn rate and increase retention across your client portfolio
- Use our tools and your market knowledge to analyze and forecast sales opportunities
- Increase monthly recurring revenue and average subscription value (upsell)
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Develop a successful customer buying journey
- Support marketing initiatives by representing the company at events as an industry expert
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 partner firms in tandem with a CSM
- Follow processes and handle administrative tasks using our internal tools (Salesforce, Salesloft).
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of priorities
- Proven ability to drive customer retention
- Prior experience in sales within a Tech or SaaS environment is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
- Strong communicator, solution-oriented (problem-solver)
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Eagerness to learn, open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Ability to meet (and exceed) targets
- Professional English (B2–C1 level).
