About the role
- Develop and execute innovative content strategies to amplify Dexerto’s brand across Linkedin, industry media, industry platforms, and professional social networks.
- Own Dexerto’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end, including content planning, publishing, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
- Act as personal brand manager for senior leadership, shaping executive voices on LinkedIn through thought leadership, ghostwriting, and content coaching.
- Act as an internal producer for Dexerto’s owned video content series; a new and exciting B2B “show” created bespoke for Linkedin and other relevant channels.
- Work with the publishing team to identify the best B2C material from our archive and daily/weekly output, and translate onto B2B forums.
- Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and long-form social content that resonate with candidates, partners, and industry peers.
- Identify and create high-performing content formats (founder stories, career journeys, opinion pieces, launches, milestones, industry commentary).
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and media coverage to measure impact on reach, engagement, brand perception, and talent attraction.
- Develop a consistent brand voice and tone for Dexerto across PR, LinkedIn, and leadership channels.
- Occasional support at industry events, where our business presence moves from online into the real world.
- Support on the business website, ensuring it is fit for purpose and aligned with our narrative on other leading platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, creators, and industry thought leaders to support both PR and personal brand initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years’ experience in PR, content marketing, social media, employer branding, or corporate communications.
- Demonstrated experience owning and growing a brand’s LinkedIn presence, including content strategy, analytics, and optimisation.
- Proven track record of building employer brands or executive personal brands through social and thought leadership content.
- Strong network of media contacts with the ability to pitch, secure, and amplify coverage across both press and social platforms.
- Exceptional writing skills, including experience in ghostwriting for senior stakeholders and producing long-form professional content.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is desirable, but not essential.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into high-impact content and brand narratives.
- Comfortable working directly with C-suite and senior leadership as a trusted communications advisor.
- Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
