About the role
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Educate and train healthcare providers (HCPs) on Dexcom products using innovative approaches
- Drive market share growth by executing strategic territory plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using the company CRM
- Deliver effective digital and in-person presentations to engage HCPs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare (preferred)
- Familiarity with Type 1& 2 diabetes
- Additional language skills (e.g., French) is a plus
