About the role
- Act as the primary security liaison for all office, manufacturing, and R&D sites across the Americas region
- Supervise regional site security supervisors
- Conduct comprehensive regional security assessments
- Monitor incident trends and deliver reports
- Oversee security planning and execution for regional events
- Lead incident response for security within the Americas
- Manage vendor performance and validate invoices
- Track key security metrics and provide reporting to leadership
- Travel within the Americas and internationally to support sites and training activities
Requirements
- 8-12 years of security experience
- 4+ years in government or law enforcement
- 2+ years corporate security experience
- 2 years management or lead experience
- Strong crisis-management capabilities
- Ability to lead emergency responses
- Experience coordinating tabletop exercises
- Analytical skills for security assessments
- Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP)
- Active member of relevant security communities (i.e., ASIS)
