About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Dexcom’s Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives.
- Incorporate Dexcom Accessible Patient volume analytics into upstream reporting.
- Ensure global CRM process excellence by coordinating development across the U.S. and international markets.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
- 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales tools, CRM platforms, and field execution models.
- Experience in translating complex sales, patient, and market data into clear GTM insights.
