About the role

  • Your role will focus on and creating meaningful impact on programs that enhance CX across the customer journey.
  • You will gain experience designing and deploying voice of customer surveys, interpreting results, and working cross-functionally to share insights and develop action plans for continuous CX improvement.
  • This position will also support cross functional collaborative CX initiatives in digital marketing that focus on educating and empowering customers in their use of Dexcom products.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Experience with survey tools (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, etc.).
  • Customer-first mentality; driven to improve Dexcom’s customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative.
