Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of data infrastructure for clinical studies and real-world data sources.
Lead the research, prototyping, and development of machine learning and AI models aligned to business needs.
Oversee the production and review of tables, figures, and listings, interpret results, and proactively address limitations in study design or statistical methods.
Provide statistical consultation and thought leadership to cross-functional partners in R&D, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, medical science, and with external collaborators.

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8 – 12 years related experience or Master’s degree and 5 – 7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2 -4 years of experience.
Strong proficiency in statistical methods, applications, and programming.
Extensive knowledge of advanced data science methods and experience exploring and applying AI/ML techniques.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on programming experience with SAS, R, and SQL; familiarity with additional languages such as Python is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
