About the role
- Analyze, design, and develop complex training and performance support solutions
- Support the implementation and evaluation of training and performance solutions
- Build rapport and relationships with SMEs and stakeholders
- Collaborate to document and publish internal processes and standards
- Use training evaluation data to identify opportunities for performance improvement
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years managing projects
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory
- Knowledge of needs assessment approaches and techniques
- Familiarity with performance analysis methods and techniques
- Understanding of instructional design models and processes
- Experience in developing learning and behavioral outcomes
- Strong experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technical, skills-based training
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver training using different instructional modalities and authoring tools across multiple platforms
- Proficient in using a learning management system to manage training materials deployment
- Experience in developing project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks, and timelines
