About the role

  • Analyze, design, and develop complex training and performance support solutions
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of training and performance solutions
  • Build rapport and relationships with SMEs and stakeholders
  • Collaborate to document and publish internal processes and standards
  • Use training evaluation data to identify opportunities for performance improvement

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years managing projects
  • Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory
  • Knowledge of needs assessment approaches and techniques
  • Familiarity with performance analysis methods and techniques
  • Understanding of instructional design models and processes
  • Experience in developing learning and behavioral outcomes
  • Strong experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technical, skills-based training
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver training using different instructional modalities and authoring tools across multiple platforms
  • Proficient in using a learning management system to manage training materials deployment
  • Experience in developing project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks, and timelines
