About the role

  • Provide support to employees and managers to clarify questions regarding personnel administration practices;
  • Receive inquiries related to benefits, timekeeping, vacation, payroll and terminations and open tickets via the internal system;
  • Monitor the progress and resolution of tickets through the internal system;
  • Organize the distribution of documents to employees via the internal system, as well as send correspondence by mail;
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires and/or employees transferred from other group units to introduce benefits, internal practices, provide guidance and obtain signatures;
  • Support matters related to the employee offboarding process following manager notification;
  • Carry out formal severance/homologation in accordance with applicable law and the unit's collective agreement;
  • Advise employees on social security-related leave and return procedures;
  • Maintain a holistic view of the department's activities, seeking best practices and applying continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Assist in preserving and maintaining the organization of the work area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration routines;
  • In-person and online customer service experience;
  • People management;
  • MS Office proficiency;
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
