Data Scientist

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and validation.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights in structured and unstructured data and refine ML approaches.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to refine data requirements and deliver ML-driven solutions.
• Create visualizations and prepare reports and presentations to translate ML concepts into actionable business insights.
• Pursue learning opportunities in advanced ML techniques and incorporate cutting-edge research and tools to improve performance.
• Assist in development of prototypes for predictive models and test their effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
• Apply insights/datasets/code/models across other functions (for example HR and marketing) where applicable.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication to understand data needs and report results.
• Stay curious and enthusiastic about using algorithms to solve problems and promote the benefits of ML work.
