About the role
- Support end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document business needs
- Assist in fit-gap analysis to align business processes with system capabilities
- Configure and support Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related modules
- Provide post-go-live support, user training, and system enhancements
- Deliver at least one full-cycle ERP implementation independently
- Collaborate with senior functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers
- Advocate for standards and best practices in ERP implementations
- Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide resolutions
- Engage with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
- Assist in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live preparations
- Ensure positive customer perception and support user adoption and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT
- ACCA preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate certification preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of relevant ERP consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related business processes
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions and document findings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and adapt to new challenges
