Establish the protocols for how clinicians and AI systems collaborate, ensuring clear escalation paths, safety guardrails, and quality oversight.
Define and track KPIs across access, resolution time, and automation coverage, ruthlessly prioritizing the highest-leverage improvements.
Lead the implementation of workflows that bridge Responsive Care, Specialty Care, and Care Access, moving projects from whiteboard to full integration.
Use quantitative insights to identify friction points in care delivery and turn those insights into system-wide redesigns.
Build programs that equip clinical staff with the skills to effectively supervise and collaborate with AI systems.

Requirements

5+ years in clinical, healthcare, or product operations (or similar complex environments)
Demonstrated experience scaling operational systems from the ground up or leading significant organizational transformations
Strong ability to define KPIs from first principles and use data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to drive decision-making
Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical system requirements
Outstanding written and verbal skills with the ability to drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups in a remote-first environment.
