- Manage End-to-End Employee Relations: Oversee the full scope of ER matters, including conflict resolution, policy compliance, and the administration of corrective actions
- Drive Process Consistency: Partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure standardized and fair ER processes across all assigned client groups
- Deliver Results in Fast-Paced Environments: Navigate a dynamic, rapidly evolving workplace, utilizing a results-driven approach to solve complex people-related challenges
- Facilitate Resolution and Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert in balancing organizational policy with empathetic conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Approximately 3+ years or more of relevant experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within Human Resources with a particular focus on employee relations
- Experience in a high growth environment, with a non-exempt workforce
- Experience in a high-growth organization with a non-exempt workforce, preferably within a call center or contact center environment
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, both at the federal and state level
- Experience using Workday
