About the role

  • Advise clients on governance, risk, and compliance strategies
  • Lead workshops with business units and risk & security stakeholders
  • Analyze current-state processes and develop target operating models and roadmaps
  • Design and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM / SecOps solutions
  • Manage sub-projects or entire workstreams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders up to management level
  • Support pre-sales and proposal phases with your expertise

Requirements

  • Several years of experience (≥ 3 years) in a consulting or services environment
  • Solid practical experience in governance, risk & compliance or IT security
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM / SecOps (required)
  • Experience in workshops, requirements analysis and process design
  • Effective client and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • You’ll be particularly strong if you:
  • have accompanied multiple ServiceNow GRC implementations end-to-end
  • are familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, BAIT, DORA, GxP, etc.)
  • have taken responsibility for workstreams or projects
  • can advise security or risk teams on subject-matter topics
  • hold certifications such as ServiceNow CIS-GRC, CSA, or other security/risk certifications
  • see yourself as a consultant and solution designer, not just a tool operator
