About the role

  • Supervise and manage an assigned group of District Product Support Managers
  • Responsible for the profitable revenue growth of the company’s parts and service business with the Develon network of dealers in North America
  • Responsible for technical assistance for assigned dealer regions
  • Manage a team of District Product Support Managers
  • Conduct performance evaluations, interviews, hiring, training, and development for the DPSM team
  • Mentor and provide front-line support for the team
  • Guide parts and service growth for dealers in assigned regions
  • Track incremental parts and service growth
  • Administer and control budget
  • Manage commercial policy budget
  • Minimize the risk associated with dealer and customer issues
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to best support team and company initiatives

Requirements

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Experience Required: 5-10 years
  • Travel Required: 75% or more
  • Electrical, Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, Emissions, Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Technical background
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented
  • Must have assertive negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to persuade
