About the role
- Supervise and manage an assigned group of District Product Support Managers
- Responsible for the profitable revenue growth of the company’s parts and service business with the Develon network of dealers in North America
- Responsible for technical assistance for assigned dealer regions
- Manage a team of District Product Support Managers
- Conduct performance evaluations, interviews, hiring, training, and development for the DPSM team
- Mentor and provide front-line support for the team
- Guide parts and service growth for dealers in assigned regions
- Track incremental parts and service growth
- Administer and control budget
- Manage commercial policy budget
- Minimize the risk associated with dealer and customer issues
- Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to best support team and company initiatives
Requirements
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience Required: 5-10 years
- Travel Required: 75% or more
- Electrical, Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, Emissions, Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Technical background
- Interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented
- Must have assertive negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to persuade
