• Work directly with DevDocs developers to understand what “the right hire” means at DevDocs.
• Source, vet, and engage top technical talent across software, hardware, and AI.
• Create job descriptions, outreach, and interview structures that reflect our culture.
• Track and improve our hiring pipelines to keep things moving smoothly.
• Adapt recruitment approach to evolving needs (in-person vs remote, various timezones, technical ability).
• Help grow DevDocs’ team by finding specialized technical candidates.
