About the role

  • Assist in establishing and independently carrying out and further developing real estate controlling (cost, performance and space controlling) according to specifications
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of a KPI system; accompany the ARD/ZDF/DLR benchmarking process
  • Participate in the introduction and administration of a CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management)
  • Maintain and further develop contract management for service, maintenance and lease agreements
  • Process management within real estate management
  • Prepare reports, analyses and decision papers for management
  • Prepare profitability calculations, utility value analyses and ad-hoc analyses
  • Support economic planning and projections
  • Participate in working groups of the public broadcasting sector

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Facility Management or a comparable professional background
  • Ideally some initial professional experience
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of BI tools and SAP desirable
  • Experience in implementing and/or using CAFM systems is an advantage
  • Strong affinity for digital processes and organizational development
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Process-oriented thinking and acting as well as a hands-on mentality
  • High affinity for new areas of responsibility in a digital environment
  • Very good understanding of business and economic relationships
  • Willingness to embrace change
