• Mitverantwortung für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Basisdienste der IT-Infrastruktur (u.a. Monitoring mit CheckMK, Fileservices, sichere Datentransfers mit Cryptshare/ Dataexchange, Backup- und Wiederherstellungssysteme, Load-Balancing, Microsoft SQL-Server)
• Sicherstellung eines stabilen, leistungsfähigen und sicheren Betriebs von Applikationsservern, insbesondere für Dispositions- und Planungssysteme
• Durchführung, Pflege und Dokumentation von User- und Rechtemanagementprozessen im Rahmen des IT-Zugangsberechtigungswesens
• Mitarbeit im Identity- und Access-Management, insbesondere Verwaltung von Active Directory sowie Betreuung und Administration der eingesetzten Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierungslösung
