About the role

  • Advise teachers, group leaders and tour operators on the museum’s offerings and enter ticket and tour bookings into our booking system
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests by phone and email, ensuring all organizational questions are resolved
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards in customer communication
  • Serve as the interface between the Customer Support, Sales, and Operations departments
  • Create guides, workflows, and internal documentation to secure service quality

Requirements

  • Vocational commercial training, a relevant degree, or several years of professional experience
  • Experience in customer support, service, bookings, or reservations
  • Structured, focused approach to working with digital systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
