About the role
- Advise teachers, group leaders and tour operators on the museum’s offerings and enter ticket and tour bookings into our booking system
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests by phone and email, ensuring all organizational questions are resolved
- Responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards in customer communication
- Serve as the interface between the Customer Support, Sales, and Operations departments
- Create guides, workflows, and internal documentation to secure service quality
Requirements
- Vocational commercial training, a relevant degree, or several years of professional experience
- Experience in customer support, service, bookings, or reservations
- Structured, focused approach to working with digital systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
